To resolve this issue, go to your calendar, select the calendar tab, and click on the calendar permissions.
Next, set the Read permissions for the shared calendar to Full Details.
When the Read permissions level for the shared calendar is set to Free/Busy time or Free/Busy time, subject, location, Outlook does not display an item that is marked as Free.
We have a small number of Mac users (including myself) and are having an issue with Shared Group Calendars.
I have created some Calendars in Outlook and then instructed users to go to the Calendar and click the Connect to Outlook button and then accept the calendar.
I do not have access to any of the Exchange settings as I'm a contractor tapping into my client's server and have no 'rights' in the organisation.
I can get to them via OWA using Edge but it's a pain to have to do that.
The other shared mailboxes are fine, but they're only about 100-300MB each.
